We employ fully qualified electricians to carry out the electrical power and control installations associated with any control system. All our electrical installations are carried out to the latest IEE 17th Edition Regulations. All our installations are fully electrically tested and NICEIC certification is submitted there after completion of any given project.
All our installed controls & BMS systems are fully commissioned by our trained engineers to make sure the control system operates to its full potential in terms of energy management and comfort control. We carry out full function tests on all control components at the control panel and in the field to check for correct operation. All commissioning shall be signed off and certified as commissioned for the purposes of the O & M Manuals.
We provide a full package of options to meet individual client’s requirements. We undertake yearly, monthly or weekly service visits. Emergency call out service tailored to suit the requirements of the site facilities, priced as a separate entity or as part of a maintenance agreement with call out response times guaranteed within 24 hours. All service and maintenance shall be fully backed up with reports and certification as work is carried out.
We can upgrade control panels and systems with the most up to date control equipment to make buildings more efficient thus saving money in the long term for building users.
We offer full system surveys to assess the energy efficiency of your current system. We believe by carrying out these works we can make recommendations as how you can improve energy efficiency of your system and save money.
We offer a BMS “front end” design service which includes static & animated plant visuals, all I/O configured points, User setups, Alarm grouping and designations, full site installations and existing site alterations.
We offer Inspection & Testing with or without our service and maintenance package . All inspection and testing shall be carried out to comply with the current IEE 17th. Full NICEIC certification shall be submitted, after completion. Thermal imagery can also be included to identify possible switchgear “hotspots”, and to also comply with many building insurance policies.
We offer a full PAT Testing service tailored to any Client needs. Typically we would offer inclusive, PAT test with certification, identification & labelling. The client can tailor the package to suit there requirement. We could also include Asset Numeration to individual appliances and full site Asset Registers. Our Portable Appliance Testing engineers are fully Certified and trained to carry out the above practice in a safe manner.
We offer a full and professional O&M that will leave the right lasting impression to ensure repeat business time and time again. We can provide such O&M in many ways, Hard copy, PDF format via CD-ROM or DVD.
We offer both a design and installation package for various trace heating applications. More commonly is pipe-work frost protection, and Domestic Hot Water Temperature Maintenance systems. With partnership with the world leader in trace heating uk we are the only Approved Scottish installer.
